 that came up was that there's two kinds of

 people. One kind that thinks that nothing is a 

 miracle and the other kind that thinks that everything

 is a miracle. And it's, you know, the sooner that you 

 spend more time with people that think that everything

 is a miracle, the sooner your life will get a lot better.

 One thing I'm grateful for which I had not experienced before is an environment

 where everyone is brilliant and yet has very low ego and just wants to build

 co-working experience. Why live and exist in any other way?

 So grateful for my little friend Arnav who is making 

 sure that I don't feel alone while my flatmate is away

 and the legend is true people it's impossible to feel lonely in India.

 Today I'm grateful for the wind on my face as I walk to work.

 Today I'm grateful for people that express gratitude because gratitude fuels

 kind of realization that life is a miracle.

 I saw this today and I was thinking I'm 

 grateful for my career, my awesome amazing boss, and

 the fascinating things I get to do in my job.

 It's really not every day that somebody gets 

 work with the best people and I think everybody

 should. I think that's a compromise we should never 

 make and I'm grateful I no longer have to make that.

 Someone I'm really grateful for is this incredibly soulful French guy, Aurelien,

 who lives in Montenegro now, who helps out with all the parties that

 we're hosting in Montenegro for Zoozaloo. And you know, the first thing that we

 bonded over was our love for the same kind of music, the same kind of soulful

 electronic music. There's a YouTube channel called Circle, C-E-R-C-L-E, that

 creates and documents concerts that are just at the most beautiful

 locations in the world. Aurelien, when we hosted this Afro Beats party on

 Friday, was loving it and was just the best host ever. Like, delicious food,

 delicious drinks. There's a specialty drink called the Afro Beat he made. I was loving

 that he was dancing and just taking videos the whole time as well. Appreciate

 you, Aurelien. And yeah, I'm just grateful 

 for people that want people to have a good time.

 Hey Diana, beautiful room, thanks for creating this.

 One thing I'm grateful for is a martial art 

 called Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and just in general

 the ability I have to do martial arts and pursue them and study them.

 It's the only time in my day sometimes that 

 I'm truly one with myself and I can concentrate

 and it's kind of meditative at this point.

 I couldn't imagine my life without them or without it.

 Today I'm grateful for the present moment because what else do we have?

 So my sister got married today and it was 

 a really beautiful wedding and I feel a lot

 of gratitude to have just been part of it 

 ways that I were and to see a lot of genuine

 sharing in that space. So very grateful for today.

 I'm grateful for my mom. She supported me with all my decisions. Even when she's

 do my own mistakes so I could learn from

 responsibility very early thanks to her. I love her so much.

 I'm grateful for those times where I can be seized in the moment, where I am

 completely present, appreciating, observing, listening, and just being happy

 and grateful to simply be in that exact moment in time.

 I'm grateful to be touring Morehouse College where MLK went to school and

 we're about to launch some crazy initiatives in the coming year here.

 I'm grateful for the joy of little kids.

 This morning I was in a waiting room and 

 there was this three-year-old trying to figure out

 how to do a jumping jack, so I had to volunteer and give the proper instruction.

 Her grandmother kept saying, Yeah, she's a lot.

 my new best friend. We did jumping jacks.

 She brought me some paper. She gave me her favorite pink pen. We learned how to

 draw with pens because you have to keep them up straight. You can't put them

 sideways. And we had a great time drawing monsters. It was super, super fun.

 She kept touching my hair and telling me how 

 pretty it was and she was going to draw my hair.

 But I left smiling because she was the kind of 

 little kid that radiates joy all around her and

 might be a lot for any grandma to handle,

 but to me it was just a precious moment.

 I was grateful for that cutie little girl and I wish her a life of happiness.

 I'm grateful today to hear my brother laugh and smile again after a very rough time.

 Okay, so I know this chatroom is titled One 

 Thing I'm Grateful For, so this one requires

 just a little bit of an explanation, so stick with me.

 I think it's worth it. I was scrolling Facebook today, which is something I rarely do.

 I mean, Facebook typically is just a low 

 on return type of place to hang out, but for

 whatever reason I had an intuition to go onto Facebook today.

 And as I was scrolling down the feed, I 

 stumbled on a post from an old friend from many years

 ago, from my childhood. We were close, not 

 exceptionally close, but she was an important person in my life.

 that time in my life in a very real way.

 And I have a lot of vivid memories of her.

 She left an impression on my soul, if you will.

 But she had an innate talent for music, and she beautifully played the piano, both when

 she was really young, but then into her mid-adolescence.

 She just developed into this way beyond her years, sort of poetic pianist.

 And a lot of tragedy befell her life in her 

 mid to late adolescence, and the weightiness,

 the heaviness of that tragedy eventually just pushed music out of her life entirely, to

 the point where, I mean, the piano was sold and gone.

 like, you know, the death of beauty at the hands

 of tragedy, right, type of thing. But as I was scrolling 

 Facebook today, she had posted about asking if any of her friends

 or family had a keyboard for sale, because she was moments away from buying one, and

 she just wanted to check to see if anyone 

 in her circle happened to have one that they

 weren't using or getting rid of, you know, just to unnecessarily have to purchase a new

 one. And there was this really cool moment where 

 I was like thrown outside of time, and I recalled

 her in the height of her passion when she was young, fully embedded into the beautiful

 production of music and the poetry of her piano playing.

 And then the fall into tragedy and that sort 

 of darkness and the death and the weightiness

 of life. And then now many, many, many years 

 later, perhaps the first moment where there is a

 re-approaching back to that space of the 

 creation of music and sort of dwelling in that space.

 And I don't know, like, I'm just cheesing, I'm just cheesing recounting it, like, it's

 such a cool thing. It's such a cool thing to have 

 across time, the innate beginning of something beautiful,

 and the plunge into tragedy, into depth, into loss, and then a re-approaching back up into

 something beautiful and worthwhile. So I'm just grateful for the perspective.

 I'm grateful to have observed that across time, and I'm grateful to have randomly chose

 to get on Facebook today and stumble into that post.

 And then I totally messaged her about it 

 kind of share this perspective, and then I'm

 pretty sure both of us were in tears after 

 like three or four messages just because of

 the acknowledgement of the context. It's not a given that 

 after individuals are sort of held to the tragedy of life and the

 weight of suffering, that it's not a given that people choose to step back into those

 things, those beautiful things that perhaps, perhaps justify a lot of the heaviness.

 So yeah, grateful. I'm grateful for getting older, 

 I'm grateful for those moments in time that take years

 and decades to kind of bloom forth. So yeah. Thank you.

 I'm also grateful for those moments where things just seem to click, the stars are aligned,

 magic seems to be in the air, nothing could go wrong.

 And it makes you wonder, is God actually real?

 Was this all planned? Or is this all just a simulation?

 Or is this really just a coincidence? It can't be a coincidence, right?

 Particularly grateful for my Kindle this morning because 

 we had a storm here last night which caused a power cut and

 there was no electricity for like eight hours.

 I couldn't sleep even for a minute because it's 

 very hot and humid around this time of the year.

 spent a lot of my time reading on my Kindle.

 I'm grateful for people that encourage me to speak the truth.

 I'm grateful to come from a time and a place of peace and prosperity.

 When you consider history, this is probably the greatest time to ever be alive.

 We're all, for the most part, relatively safe.

 And most people aren't hungry. In fact, most 

 people have more food than they know what to do with.

 And we always forget that, but I'm very grateful to come from here and now.

 in me, who support me and I can support them.

 Because when you can ride with your friends and 

 with your folks, then the ride is so much more joyous.

 Today I'm really grateful for the courage to open our hearts and share

 what moves us. I held a live event in this

 app Insights Timer where usually I share my work, my expertise, my knowledge and

 today I presented a topic that I've never spoken about before which was the

 power of poetry to bring us back to presence. I had about a hundred people

 and afterwards reviews like this that now I get to reply to and I'm so

 grateful for it because it pushed my comfort zone and allowed me to get in

 touch with my vulnerability and as a creator that's not easy to do all the

 time. It's much safer and easier to share from what we know so I am honored

 and grateful and very present to the fact that when we lean against the

 comfort zone truly we get to grow and see ourselves growing as we do that and

 it's such a beautiful thing. Thank you for letting me share this.
