 clock time. I have more time in between my thoughts, more time to be present. I

 move about my day in a different pace. It's almost as if time has slowed down

 and then I get more done because I'm trying to intentionally do less. When I

 do what I decide to do, I'm more productive at it.

 And the healing that took place as the gold filling in the cracks

 Those areas now which were once the weakest are the strongest

 It may feel like an impossibility And yet it's true

 Hey Diana, I have a question for you and for 

 everyone here of course who has an opinion on that.

 Lately, while my meditations, something weird is happening with me.

 It's a river of tears I have. Literally.

 I even don't understand how it's possible for my body to produce so much.

 I've been practicing yoga and my meditations for 17 years.

 Never happened with me before. How do you explain this?

 Help me to understand what does it mean.

 question. What comes to my heart and my intuition in a

 form of answer is that sometimes when we 

 in a meditative state, especially if we have

 done it frequently enough, that we have found 

 way to create more space and get ourselves out

 of the way, we become a very fine-tuned channel for source.

 During those times we might experience oneness, we might experience immense bliss

 and joy and we might also experience a river of 

 tears which seems to be what you are describing.

 Especially since you are not feeling the feelings of those tears, you're not

 feeling the joy or the sadness or any emotion related to them, it would make me

 think that you are channeling or much like a very 

 fine-tuned instrument picking up from the collective.

 I have witnessed and experienced similar states myself during psychedelic medicine ceremonies.

 And what it seems to be is that in those 

 moments our ego is transcended in a way and we can

 connect to something deeper that perhaps is from our planet itself, perhaps is from the

 collective, maybe has no meaning at all.

 Every moment, every day, you are faced with a choice.

 Do you move out of fear? Do you move out of love?

 Do you speak to create? Do you speak to survive?

 Do you touch and caress? Do you hit or slap?

 Every moment of every day, you create yourself anew.

 I wish they would ask real questions about concrete situations in their lives that they're

 actually interested in having answers to as opposed to ask simple biographical questions

 or ask about, you know, highfalutin generalist concepts because I think all real problems are

 specific. They are not general and so when someone starts asking you overly general questions,

 they're not really serious about getting an answer and so the conversation is less authentic.

 But I guess that is not how the interviewing 

 game goes because it requires a certain level

 of vulnerability to ask questions that are specific to you because there are problems

 that are specific to you and therefore you are exposing yourself.

 Naval, I have a real question from life about applying your ideas about wealth creation

 when it comes to specific knowledge and leverage.

 I am at a point in my career where I have 

 lot of specific knowledge and to be honest

 I am a little bored also with working the 

 one-on-one way that I've been doing for over

 10 years. And I'm wondering what is leverage 

 this case and how does one apply leverage when

 the challenge apparently is either coding an app or some sort of technological way of

 accessing scale and reaching more people or becoming a social media influencer and blurbing

 about which doesn't feel authentic and it 

 seems that it would rob me of my choice of

 being in isolation and closer to the truth.

 So it's a bit of a dilemma and I would love to 

 know if you have any thoughts about it. Thank you.

 A very good question by Diana and I'd like to actually extend this question coming from

 a more vulnerable perspective and from a newbie perspective.

 So in my case, like I know that there are 

 certain senses of wealth creation I'd like

 business but more in the direction of being an angel

 investor. In the area where I'm, or maybe not even 

 area, the network that I am leveraged to, that network

 is not, is full of great intellectuals, amazing scientific thinkers, amazing engineers, but

 not many forward thinkers who are able to 

 maybe connect me or catapult me to a certain

 network that would allow me to support the theory of my wealth creation because we are

 not an island. Someone helps someone to move forward in a certain direction.

 great advice for somebody who is a zero year old

 trying to start to pursue themselves into equity creation in the direction of an angel

 investment perspective from more global scenario because like locally, the place where I am

 in, like in Germany, it's kind of highly 

 regulated and therefore I have to go through certain

 channels which sometimes can be a little too exhausting and demanding, like for example

 to have a certain amount of capital which

 like being a small player in their whole system,

 I'm also getting a penalized scenario for investment.

 So I'd just like to have some advice on this wealth creation aspect.

 Leverage does not have to be inauthentic to you. It is 

 simply the part of whatever you do that you can productize.

 And there are many ways to productize something.

 So don't feel like you're being a fraud by productizing it.

 Just make sure that the way in which you're 

 productizing it, you feel good about the end product.

 So as an example, you say that you don't want to become an influencer.

 Well, already there I can detect a little bit of judgment.

 And fair enough, a lot of influencers are inauthentic.

 So you don't set out to become an influencer.

 But if you create content and product around what you do, that people can consume without

 your absolute physical presence, then that doesn't necessarily have to be inauthentic

 and it can lead you to being an influencer.

 But being an influencer is just a byproduct of sharing what you have.

 Just off the top of my head, for example,

 by coaching people in public. You could create a public AirChat channel like James did,

 and he coached some people. And the advantage of that is that your content is reusable

 and it markets itself for you. Now, of course, it does require your client

 to be willing to do this, but perhaps to get a discount in exchange.

 You know, giveaway content, help people out.

 Besides just creating content, you could work with somebody on an app.

 Just make sure you get compensated in ongoing equity

 If it does become successful, obviously you're not an app developer yourself.

 You can also gain leverage by training other people how to 

 what you do and then that you can help them find clients and

 when you bring in the clients through your marketing you get a

 Paid a essentially a commission for what you've done

 If you become very successful at productizing it and training other people how to do it

 Then you can even brand it or trademark 

 it like Bikram yoga and so on and so forth

 Now these things can be done in authentically and self 

 promotionally, but they can also be done very authentically

 Maybe you don't even have to write the book.

 Maybe you just have GPT-4 take all of your air chat lessons 

 and all of your YouTube lessons or whatever else you have and

 have GPT-4 create a first draft and then you go and you clean it up.

 Put another way, why are you repeating yourself?

 Why are you saying the same thing over and over to different people?

 Yes, it changes a little bit every time, but 

 really 80-90% of what you are saying is the same.

 The part that is the same can be turned into leverage.

 A brand is also a form of leverage. For 

 example, if you're known as Diana, that's one thing,

 but if you're Diana Breathe, that's a second. If you're the Zen School of Breathing, that's

 a third thing. So a good brand can also be 

 helpful in getting leverage and it gets you

 and you can also then use that brand to put

 forward other practitioners whom you recommend and trust.

 And branding is not necessarily a negative activity.

 Branding can be a way of cutting through the noise.

 It helps people find what they're looking for.

 When you go into a health food store, for example,

 If it came in a Del Monte can or an Abisko package,

 you probably won't want it. You want it hand-scrawled, you want a paper bag,

 you want some attention and care and detail

 in the font and the typography and the lettering and the words,

 and you want it to match up to what you're looking for.

 It helps you cut through all of the other marketing.

 It is just a form of conveying information efficiently.

How to Angel Invest, Part 1

 Gata, firstly, if you're serious about angel investing,

 There are two parts to it. It's not that long.

 and I think I have more good things to say in there

 than I could put on a short air chat conversation. So start there.

 Secondly, and unfortunately, global angel investing is an oxymoron.

 Angel investing is a local business. I also have an article 

 somewhere out there that says funding markets develop in reverse

 because you can go global with a late stage company.

 It's easy for investors to evaluate late stage companies across borders because they have

 actual metrics. But early stage, it's all about 

 people, the trust network they're embedded in, what

 expertise they actually have, what track record they have, knowing the local VCs in the next

 knowing the local VCs in the early round so they'll

 invite you in and you're not the subject of adverse selection.

 So unfortunately, it's going to be extremely difficult to invest in an area that is physically

 and geographically and day to day experience remote from you.

 In terms of investing to make money or angel 

 investing to make money, that is not where I would start.

 You make your money by building and creating and running a business.

 And then once you've built and created and run a successful business, 

 that gives you the expertise required to evaluate the local businesses,

 as well as gives you access because now you're 

 an operator and the good ones will want you in.

 Otherwise, even 10% adverse selection in this business can kill you.

 If you get into nine out of 10 deals, you can almost be 

 guaranteed that the 10th was the one worth getting into.

 And it's just the nature of these networks.

 And unfortunately, the hit rate out of Germany is not that great.

 It's not like the Silicon Valley Bay Area.

 So in the Silicon Valley Bay Area, a casual angel investor can make money because the

 hit rate is very high. And there is a long 

 deep network and tradition of angel investing.

 In places like Europe, unfortunately, the VCs have very little qualms about washing

 angel investors out. And there are much fewer hits, so they get fought over more fiercely.

 So unless you're doing it full time, and 

 you're doing a lot of capital, and you're doing it

 with the ability to participate in later and later rounds so you don't get washed out,

 and then divide by the very small hit rate 

 the small exit size and the high regulations,

 I just don't think it's a great area to play in.

 So if you really do want to angel invest,

 then the right way to do it is to basically,

 actually pick your targets. Find the absolute most brilliant person you know

 who is also driven and also extremely ethical

 that you trust a great deal. Make sure you know their business inside out.

 It's a kind of business that you can properly evaluate.

 And then, you know, put in some money and pray.

 And hope they don't wipe you out in later rounds.

 And it's often not up to the entrepreneur,

 it's up to the VCs. And if you have a choice,

 Because if they build core technology, then even if the company fails

 and they go to market situation, the technology is usually worth something to an acquirer

 and you have a chance of getting your money back.
