 Big Magic really talks about leaning towards your curiosity and not your

 fear and I think curiosity is another like tool of intuition because we don't

 really know where we're going yet and I think it kind of creates a framework for

 you to figure out how to move through developing a relationship with intuition.

 open like a magical book and I read a magical story and it always seems to

 come to me at the right time so I think that 

 one in some ways I treat like a spiritual Bible.

 Martha Beck's book. I really only read the first 

 chapter or two, but it gets to the point like really quickly

 and I think the summary of that is when you are faced with decisions 

 throughout your life and at any point to just get very very very still and

 Think about the situations and the circumstance and 

 whichever one gives you a warm feeling inside. Just do that one

 sense as to why you don't trust your intuition?

 That might help shed some light towards it.

 Jess, thanks for the book recommendations. I'll definitely try to read them.

 trying to understand or track back to the

 moments and situations that triggered me to develop these defense mechanisms. I

 grew up in a household where one of my parents was or suffered from addiction.

 So not to get into the details of family dynamics where there is an addicted

 parent, but there tends to be a lot of confusion, manipulation, self-doubt and

 questioning of your own sanity, like if you're imagining things if this is

 normal, if this is not normal behavior, so you tend to become very paranoid, very

 anxious. At least that was my experience and has 

 been the experience of other people I've talked to.

 So in terms of doing the work of getting to 

 the root cause and understanding the underlying

 reasons why I'm so attached to this behavior and also understanding how it's not serving

 me anymore, I'm still struggling with letting go of this behavior, of this tendency.

 Like sometimes it's very automatic for me.

 But I guess this, that's like the specific struggle that I'm having right now.

 It's not that I don't understand why I don't trust myself.

 I guess I have a pretty clear, somewhat clear understanding of why that is.

 It's like taking the leap of faith of actually trusting my intuition.

 Hi Andrea, thank you so much for sharing. I am 

 honored to be part of this group and be able to

 be participant in this conversation and witness 

 some of your process here as it sounds like you're

 finding a safe place to vulnerably open up and

 it makes me feel that it might be a tipping 

 point for you. Perhaps we get lucky and we get to

 serve you as a springboard to jump off and test what this

 maybe starting with small steps and playing with it where it's less risky and

 see how you can be led towards yourself again.

 Jess, thank you so much for sharing about Big Magic.

 It led me to a lot of creativity unleashed.

 Well, according to me, I trust my intiation always 100% all the time,

 epsi-fucking-lutely all the time. And it doesn't matter if it's 

 against logic or whatever, it's working. I trust myself with the intiation.

 like Diana said about the intuition you can feel it inside well yes I can feel

 it inside too but sometimes you can misunderstand is it the intuition or

 an illusion so for me an illusion it feels like a very pleasant feeling

 inside okay and when it's intuition it's kind of uncomfortable feeling inside of

 my body that's how I know it's intuition 

 not an illusion but it's working all the time

 So, to feel yourself, you need to trust 

 yourself. To trust yourself, you need to know yourself,

 be able to forgive yourself. And all this together means love yourself. So, as for me,

 I would suggest, as a first book of Kamal 

 Revikant, it should be love yourself like your life depends

 on it. The second one should be leave your 

 truth. And the third one, my favorite one, love it,

 I adore it, is rebirth. But it's just me, just saying.

 really does feel like my life depends on it right now.

 Andrei, it's very interesting to hear this, because if you go back 

 my chats, I've been talking about myself, according to the intuition.

 I've been talking about myself, according to the books, not about you, no.

 And Diana, same there, she's been talking about 

 herself, no way it was not a word about you, no.

 But it's interesting why you felt like that, so just letting 

 you know that it was not about you, all those things, what I 

 said, it was about me. Everything was about me. Everything. Okay?

 So I found this room and I'm really happy about 

 it because I can also share a bit of my thoughts.

 When I was in my teenage years, I didn't appreciate women in general.

 I thought women should be submissive and follow men's order.

 And then one day my father sat down with me and explained

 and shared the example of my mother and grandmother.

 And he said, women are beautiful and thanks to them society evolves.

 Thanks to your mom you are born and you are this beautiful woman.

 And what happened is that even my values and appreciation of 

 myself as a woman in this age wasn't high or wasn't enough for me.

 Therefore, I didn't have a lot of confidence on 

 myself or the things that I can achieve in life.

 However, as the time passed, I started to understand my values and liking myself.

 And when I say liking myself, I mean I have been in a very bad relationship

 with me, myself, my core, all this time fighting on or focusing on things that I

 didn't like or appreciate and then one day I started to think, but wait a minute

 if I don't like this, for example, let's 

 say habit of being not on time, I can fix

 this or I started to be or have deeper questions in why I don't like something

 and how can I improve it and also what is 

 best version of myself, where do I see that?

 20s I hit rock bottom and I had to start

 from scratch I would say. And one night I

 was sick and I was feeling alone. I actually moved abroad that time. I had

 no one, no family, no friends and I started to cry because I thought I have

 no one and my only person, the most important person for me is me.

 And I just hugged myself and I cried and I kissed myself and I said

 You know, you're gonna be fine. I love you. I will never leave you and

 and appreciate those values that I have I

 Definitely changed my life. I I'm here because of this so to every woman of their

 Liking and loving yourself is very important

 Do you find loving yourself a very organic natural 

 state for you now, or do you still need to practice it?

 Hey Jess, thank you for your question. I'm not sure 

 if the question was for me or for the whole group here

 I find it very natural. I'm in a great state and

 after accepting and understanding myself I am doing pretty well actually

 constant discovery of myself and That's it

 And when I say in a constant discovery of 

 myself, I mean every moment, every day life.

 I like to reflect on myself. For example, if I 

 a fight with someone or a conversation or a debate,

 I like to reflect on myself and understand why I 

 upset for something or what triggers this and that.

 And yeah, I hope that answers your question.

 makes me think about the legacy that we carry as women who I think

 generationally we've been given this responsibility to teach the youth not

 because motherhood only but also I don't know I think traditionally women pass

 along wisdom from generations. Men do it in their own beautiful way but you

 reminded me of that in my own life where I only was able to appreciate things

 age motherhood or not you begin to see lineage in a different way with much

 Diana, thinking about you today, just sending you a message, wondering how you are.

 Hi Jess, thank you so much for checking in. I'm doing great, thank you, thank you.

 and I, and it feels amazing. A lot of lifting and putting things away and my

 body is asking me to rest and I'm honoring that, so taking it slow. And I've

 been also wondering how are you and everyone here, so what's new in your world?

 feel like my body is being pulled down by

 gravity that's like 50% stronger. I've been doing meditation on Raja's

 invitation and it has been an amazing transformative experience. It's not just

 the meditation, it's the group and this container to be able to talk about a

 very specific experience and work has been challenging but I'm taking us as an

 invitation to labor without expectations and seeing where things go.

 I've been taking long baths even though it's hot, drinking herbal tea, waking up

 super early, and only having a half caff.

 This is our very first meal together, me and my daughters, strong representatives

 of the next generation of women, and we had nothing else in the house but that

 table outside that was gifted to us from the previous renters of the house, and it

 and hours of work after that, and I will

 never forget the excitement of sharing that plate of pasta outside in the sun

 in an empty home filled with love. So much gratitude.

 Whoa, that yard is beautiful and your girl's new. Beautiful, that light. Oh, beautiful!

 appreciate that. I feel loved and protected by my women.

 But I do want to say that I noticed that I didn't feel a

 Feel comfortable trusting my intuition about who I allow into my life

 I think, I think when I was younger, this was, you know, as Original Share 

 this was like a place of great shame for me where it felt like I should be 

 open and mistrust that feeling of like feeling like something is wrong, but I 

 really don't do that anymore and my life just gets richer and more fulfilling.

 And I feel like I have been able to appreciate and love 

 beautiful people who I can have long sustaining friendships with.

 I am so with you. We don't have to question what we know to be true.

 Even if we change our minds tomorrow, we deserve our knowing,

 our inner knowing of what is true to us.

 I love especially even if we change our minds tomorrow and I reserve the right

 to change my mind at any time and especially if I hear a good idea.
